Shipping Update - Manufacturing Delay

Hello all!
Following on from my previous update, I have heard back from my manufacturer who has dispatched the cardigans for all who requested theirs urgently - these will arrive tomorrow and I plan to pack and dispatch these tomorrow too.
UK BACKERS! If your cardigan contains a Christmas gift - please send me a message on Kickstarter. I will still do my best to get yours to you on time.
The remaining cardigans will be sent out to me in the next couple of weeks but as I am moving house on the 14th I expect it is likely that I will be sending your orders in January - I can only apologise for this delay but it has been out of my hands. I'd like to say I'll dispatch them all before Christmas but as I need to rebuild my office in the new house, I suspect this may be overly optimistic. As it says above, if you are a UK backer and need your cardigan for a gift please let me know and I can try and sort this for you!

IMPORTANT: Is Your Cardigan a Christmas Gift? Manufacture Delay

Hooo boy, I was hoping I wasn't going to have to make a covid related delay announcement with this campaign but turns out I was wrong!
Unfortunately, my manufacturer was not able to fulfil their promise of getting cardigans to me by the 24th of November, due to covid cases rising here in the UK again and their staff being affected. I have arranged a split shipment of cardigans, and should be receiving a few of all sizes of each design ASAP so I can start sending out the most time sensitive orders.
If you are an INTERNATIONAL backer (I.E. outside of the UK) and your pledge contains a Christmas gift - please send me a message ASAP! I will do everything I can to get it to you on time. Let me know if you would also like to upgrade to tracked shipping in this message. Messages must be sent by the 6th of December.
This way, I can prioritise time sensitive orders in the hopes that your order will reach you ready for gifting. I also strongly recommend getting tracked shipping as the mail system is always chaos at this time of year - this is just £6 to upgrade to and I can invoice you via PayPal to add this to your existing order.
If you would like your order held until AFTER Christmas to avoid having it sent during the festive chaos this is also possible, please message me. This creates a lot of extra work on my behalf but it's worth it to offer you guys the best possible experience I can when things are out of my control 😅
Here are the recommended last posting dates for 2021 from Royal Mail - these are a guide and NOT a guarantee that your order will arrive on time. Australian pals, I have already put you on my priority list, do not worry!
I am still hoping to have all of the (pink dragon and black konpeito) cardigans in time to ship for the last UK posting dates as these are not until the 21st of December. I am moving house on the 14th too, so it's likely I'll be living in a box filled house whilst fulifilling pledges like a mad woman but that's fine, right?
If your order contains a blue dragon cardigan, your package will ship in early 2022 regardless - this was clearly outlined in the add-on description at time of purchase.

November Update - Manufacture is Well Underway!

Hello everyone!
I had a call from my manufacturer yesterday, cardigan production is going well and he expects the pink Dragon Silhouette Cardigans to ship to me next week. The Konpeito cardigans are running a little behind schedule, but he's hoping they should be ready the following week. This should not be a problem as it will take me a week or two to check and ship everything anyway, so I can just do it in two batches.
As we are getting towards shipping, please make sure you update your address on BackerKit if it has changed recently! I will send out a 48 hour warning on Monday and address changes will lock on Wednesday the 24th of November. If you are moving soon and would like me to hold your package, this is fine, please send me a message or email [email protected]
I will be prioritising packages to the USA and the rest of the world, to get these to you in time for gift giving! The last shipping date for Christmas packages to the USA is the 13th of December, so my plan is to have all international packages sent by this date. UK packages will follow shortly after.
If you added a Blue Dragon Silhouette Cardigan to your order as an add-on, your whole order will be held until early next year so that everything can ship together! Production of these is estimated for January/February. This was clearly detailed in the add-on listing, so I'm hoping this should not come as a surprise to anyone.

Hello!
There is very little to report this month, the cardigans are in production, cards have been charged and everything is ready for when the pieces are dispatched.
I'll update you all again once they arrive! I will then give the 48 hour final notice for address changes, with any luck I should have the cardigans here in the next couple of weeks.

Surveys Lock Next Week!

I can't believe it's nearly October already?! I'll be locking surveys next week and charging cards on September 30th so please make sure to add all of your extra goodies on to your survey by then! I do not think we will be able to unlock the blue dragon cardigan as a pledge reward sadly, so make sure to make the most of the reduced backer prices.
You'll still be able to update your address after this surveys lock, so don't worry if you're moving soon. You'll receive another notice once stock arrives and I'm ready to start shipping!
On another exciting note, I have put in the production order and manufacturing has begun on the two designs unlocked by the campaign! These should arrive with me at the start of November! Woohoo!
